On 13/07/2007 at 18:00 hrs on credible information, PI Manipal, Sri. Sanjeeva Naik and his staff raided a place in Shivalli village near MIT Junction. At the time of police raid the accused Vasudeva, 42 yrs, of Ambagilu was found collecting money from the public for betting on matka, the accused person was arrested and a total amount of Rs 335/- was seized along with matka chits.
