On 13/07/2007 at 18:00 hrs on credible information, PSI, Shirva PS, Sri. Taranath. K. and his staff raided a place near Thimmappa Bhandary Shop, Kuthyar village. Wherein the accused persons named 1) yellappa 2) Shekara Shetty 3) Kariya Poojary 4) Krishna 5) Ivan Mathais & 6) Gangayya were found playing “Andar-Bahar. The accused persons were arrested and an amount of Rs. 360/- was seized along with playing cards. In this connection a case has been registered in Shirva PS and investigation is under process.
