Theft case reported in Udyavara, under Kaup PS limits

In between 30/01/07, 22:30 hrs. and 31/01/07 08:30 hrs. some unknown culprits gained entry into Reegal Fancy & Gift Center Shop in Dayanand Sanil’s Building, Udyavara village, Udupi Tq. by breaking open the door lock and committed a theft of 8 mobile phones the details of which are as follows., Nokia Mobile No. 1110-2 sets, Nokia Mobile No. 1110-i-2 sets, Nokia Mobile No. 1600-1 set, Nokia set 3120 – Mobile No. 9880379571, Nokia set 3310 – Mobile No. 9886833060, Reliance Mobile No. 9341135047 along with Recharge Cards & cash of about Rs. 5000/- total worth Rs. 20,000/-. In this connection a theft case has been registered in Kaup PS Cr.No. 17/07 U/s. 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sri Istiyak Ahamed and investigation is on to trace the culprits and the property.
