On 04/02/07 at 21:30 hrs., On credible information, Sri. Jayanth, PSI, Kundapura PS and his staff raided the Shasidhar Bar & Restaurant Lodge Room No. 3, where the accused 1) Liyakath, 2) Mohammed Gani, 3) Ikbal, 4) Vijay and 5) Mahesh were found gambling. The accused were arrested and property used for the game was seized. In this connection a case of gambling has been registered in Kundapura PS Cr. No. 85/07 U/s. 79, 80 K.P.Act and investigation is on.
