On 17/07/2006 at 14:00 Hrs on credible information Sri K.Tharanath, PSI, Shirva PS and his staff raided a building behind the godown near Kodugudde, Shirva, wherein the accused persons Manjunatha, Umesh Poojary, Ramesh Shetty, George Monis and Nagesh Nayak were found playing “Andar-Bahar”. The accused were arrested and an amount of Rs. 561 was seized from them along with playing cards. In this connection a case has been registered in Shirva PS and investigation is under process.
