On 12/08/2007 at 19:15 Hrs, near V.P.nagar, 2nd cross, Shivalli village, Manipal the accused driver of a motor cycle bearing registration number KA-20 U 249 drove his vehicle in rash & negligent manner and dashed against the motor cycle bearing registration number KA-20 L-1599. As a result the driver of the motorcycle John Sebastian aged 42 years of Shivalli village got serious injuries & succumbed on the way to KMC hospital. In this connection a case has been registered in Manipal PS.
