On 27/02/07 at 09:15 hrs, at Nellikatte cross, Nadpal village, Malpe - Shimogga State Highway, Hebri PS limits, in a road mishap between Hanuman bus bearing registration No. KA 20 A 3401 and a Bajaj Motor bike bearing registration No. KA 20 R 476, one Manoj shetty, the rider of motor bike was succumbed to the injuries at the spot. In this connection a case has been registered in Hebri PS Cr.No 17/07 U/s. 279, 304(A) IPC against Mruthyunjaya, the driver of the said bus and investigation is on.
