On 17/02/07, On credible information, Sri. Jayanth, PSI, Kundapura PS along with Sri N.C.Ganesh, PSI Crime and his staff raided near Nandikeshwara Temple, Vakwady village where the accused Muttha Marakala of Beejady village, Kundapura was found betting the public by playing a game called "Gara Gara Mandala". The accused was arrested and property used for the game was also seized. In this connection a case of gambling has been registered in Kundapura PS Cr. No. 67/07 U/s. 87 K.P.Act and investigation is on.

dear sir,i come to know that mr.thimmayya and his tem had caught the gamblers today at kundapur.we hear that the one among the accused ,subhash shetty is the president of haklady gram panchayath.so my opinion is ,if u had published a short history of the accused person ,they dare not to indulge in gambling in future as it will be published in news papers.because police will not spare thieves who stole even a cycle;isnt it?so i request u to release the media photos of so called prestigious persons,i mean evils of society.keep it up sir.
