On 22/12/2006 at 21:00 hrs, near Korangrapady junction, Udyavara, Kaup a moped rider bearing regiatration No. KA 20 J 4224 TVS XL named Booda Poojary succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at Hospital after he was hit by a Motor Cycle numbered KA 20 J 6005. In this connection a case has been registered against the rash and negligent rider of the motor cycle in Kaup PS Cr. No. 207/06 U/s. 279, 304(A) IPC and investigation is on.
