On 10/11/2006 at 08:20 hrs, on NH-17 near Alankar Bar, HangalurVillage, Kundapura, a bus numbered KA 19 AE 2599, dashed against an omni car numbered KA-04 1300 from the way of Kumta to Manipal. As a result Ramadas Shetty received serious head injuries and scummbed to his injuries on the way to hospital. In this connection a case has been registered in Kundapura PS Cr. No. 276/06 U/s. 279, 338, 304(A) IPC and investigation is on.
