i have studied in manipal, i came to manipal in 1981, and ganja was openly available in and around manipal, this fact can not be hidden from any adminstration including police, so i do see any big credit should be given to this news or police, why all of a sudden in 2006 people are arrested, ganja selling has been going on for atleast last 25 years??????
