In between 22/09/2006 20:15 hrs & 23/09/2006 07:45 hrs, some unknown culprits gained entry into the Temple of Panjurli of Thenku-Mane located at Handadi village, Brahmavara, by breaking open the doorlock & committed a theft of old Panchaloha idols. In this connection a theft case has been registered in Brahmavara PS Cr. No. 117/06 U/s. 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sri. Rajesh Shetty, Birthi Nivas, Varamballi, Brahmavara, and investigation is on.
