Cheating case reported at Kaup

On 14/09/06, one Smt. K. Bhavani, Gurukripa house, Bharath Nagar, Uliyaragoli village lodged a complaint to Kaup police alleging that, she has given her ATM card to Mr. Selvaraj, the jeep driver of Primary Health Centre, Shirva to withdraw money from her account and to give back the money which was withdrawn. Meanwhile on checking her account on 14/09/06, she found that the bank balance was nil. Only then she came to know that the accused had withdrawn excess amount running into lakhs of rupees. In this regard a cheating case against Mr. Selvaraj has registered at Kaup PS Cr. No. 145/06 U/s 420 IPC and the case is under investigation
