On 15/07/06 at about 19:00 hrs at Kumbragodu bus stop near Brahmavara the accused driver of Tanker bearing No. KA-22 A- 2215 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and crashed into a Motor Cycle bearing No. KA-03 EN-3871. As a result the rider and pillion rider of the Motor Cycle whose names are Vasu and Jagadish respectively, died on the spot. The driver & cleaner of Tanker have escaped from the spot. In this connection a case has been registered in Brahmavara PS Cr. No. 83/06 U/s 279, 304(A) IPC and the case is under investigation.
