On 10/07/2007 at 10:35 hrs on credible information, Sri. Sunil Kumar PSI, Brahmavara PS along with staff raided a place in Bykadi village, 5 cents near the shop of Shabeer, wherein the accused Joseph Almeda of Gandhinagara, Baikady village was found selling arrack packets without any license, the police party seized 22 arrack packets. A case has been registered against the accused person under Karnataka Excise Act in Brahmavara PS and the case is under investigation.
