On 09/02/07 at 08:15 hrs, at Uppoor village, K.G. Bridge, an unknown Tanker driver drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Scooty Motor Cycle bearing registration number KA-20-Q-8452. As a result Scooty rider Alfreid Clymond D’souza was fatally injured. In this connection a case has been registered in Brahmavara PS Cr.No 32/07 U/s. 279, 304(A) IPC & 134(A)(B) IMV Act and investigation is on.
