On 12/02/2007 at 19:30 hrs, on credible information Sri. C.E. Thimmaiah, PI, DCIB, Udupi and his staff raided a place near Janani Travelling agency, Main road, Saligrama were the accused Padmanabha Bhat(25) of Koteshwara village was found collecting matka money from the public. An amount of Rs. 1655/- and property valueing Rs. 26,655 /- was seized from the accused. In this connection a case has been registered in Kota PS and investigation is on.
