Today at 12:30 hrs near Dr. Gopinatha`s clinic, Vandse village, Kollur, a pedestrian named Kiran aged 9 years succumbed to his injuries after he was hit by a Maruthi omni numbered KA 20 MA 8877. In this connection a case has been registered against the rash and negligent rider of the Omni car in Kollur PS Cr. No. 66/06 U/s. 279, 304(A) IPC and investigation is on.
