On 24/10/06 at 06:00 hrs, the driver of goods tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-20/6053 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and dashed to Temo bearing Reg. No. KA 20/2065 Near Ambika Timbers, Moodabettu Village, N.H. 17, Kaup. As a result Mr. Shashindra Puthran the driver of KA 20/2065 tempo succumbed to the injuries and Sri. Chandrashekar the inmate of the Tempo got minor injuries. In this connection a case has been registered in Kaup PS Cr. No. 162/06 U/s. 279, 337, 304(A) IPC and investigation is on.
