A pedestrian named Srinivasa Poojary aged 50 years succumbed to his injuries after he was fatally knocked down by a Bus Belonging to Gajanana Transport company numberred KA-15 3033. The accident occurred on 14/10/2006 at 16:00 hrs. near Chenakeshava Kalyana Mantap, Melpate, Sasthana. In this connection a case has been registered against the rash and negligent driver of the bus in Kota PS Cr. No. 174/06 U/s. 279, 304(A) IPC and investigation is on.
