On 22/07/06 at 18.00 hrs on credible information Sri. Chandrashekar ASI, of Shankarnarayana PS and his staff raided a public place near Jansale bus stand, Siddapura, wherein the accused Rajendra Achary(24), Siddapura was collecting money from the public for betting on Matka. Rajendra Achary was arrested and an amount of Rs. 170/- was seized along with Matka Chits and ball pen.
