On 13/06/06 at about 21:00hrs, one Chand Sawhney, student of KMC, Manipal, shivalli village had parked his black coloured Hero Honda Splender vehicle at NEHRU HOSTEL ( No. KA 20 Q 1440, model-2003, Chasis No-03J09C07074, Eng No. 03J08M09061). On returning back on 17/06/06 morning his vehicle was stolen by some unknown culprits. In this regard a case of theft has been registered in Manipal PS Cr. No. 115/06 U/s 379 IPC on 24/06/06 and is under investigation.
