On 19/08/2008 at 05:45 hrs, near Hemady Kundapura, the Lorry driver bearing registration number KA 22 A 7380, drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner, while giving side to some other vehicle dashed to the Maruthi car bearing registration number KA 20 M 4322, as a result Sri shamsunder sustained grievous injuries and succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital. In this connection a case has been registered in Kundapura PS and case is under investigation.
