On 15/06/2008, a girl named Jayanthi aged about 19 Yrs, went to Udupi from her house in Kuntady, Kala Village, Karkala and not returned back to home. In this connection a case has been registered in Karkala Rural PS on the complaint of Smt. Laxmi, and case is under investigation.
