On 14/06/2008 at 22:00 hrs. Near Perampalli Church Road, Shivallli Village, Manipal the rider of a Auto Rickshaw numbered KA 20 9002, dashed against a Motar Cycle numbered KA 20 Q-946. As a result Motar cycle raider Ragavendra received grievous injuries and succumbed to his injuries on the way to KMC Hospital Manipal. In this connection a case has been registered against the rash and negligent rider of Auto Rickshaw in Manipal PS Cr. No. 106/08 U/s. 279, 304(A) IPC and investigation is on.
