On 04/12/07 at 08:30 hrs, near Yalajith village, Kundapura Taluk, a driver of the TATA Sumo bearing registration No. KA-08-2942 drove his vehicle in a rash & negligent manner and hit to a pedestrian, as a result Erayya Gowda (55) of Yalajith village, Kundapura got grievous head injuries and admitted to Govt. Hospital Udupi for treatment. But he succumbed on his injuries. In this regard a case has been registered in Byndoor PS.
