On 30/08/2007 in between 09:50 Hrs to 10:15 Hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into a house located near Kukkikatte railway bridge, Indiranagar, 76 Badagabettu village, Udupi Taluk by opening the door lock using false key and committed theft of gold ornaments. Total worth of Rs. 4,00,000/- property was stolen. Udupi Town police registered a case in this regard. Efforts are on to trace the culprits and the property.
