That on 20/03/08 at about 13:30 hrs the accused rider of Motor cycle regd no KA 20 S 8686, Drove the said vehicle in rash and negligence manner from Padumundu cross and dashed against the complainant, while complainant walking aside of road near house of Dinesh Shetty at Shiriyara village. Result of which complainant fell on road and sustained injuries and admitted as inpatient at Chinmyi Hospital, Kundapura. In this connection a case has been registered at Kota PS
That on 20/03/08 at about 13:00 hrs the accused driver of Bus regd no KA 20 3710 , Drove the said vehicle in rash and negligence manner from Saibarkatte and dashed against the Mr.Srinidhi , while he was standing aside of road with Motor cycle Regd No KA 20 J 7697 near house of Upladi Raghuram Shetty of Bannadi village., Result of which Srinidhi fell on road with motor cycle and sustained injuries and took him to N.R Acharya Hospital , Koteshwara and took him to K.M.C Manipal for higher treatment. As result he fell on road with motor cycle and sustained grievous injuries and took him to Mahesh hospital Brahamavar and took him to K.M.C Manipal for higher treatment. On 22/03/08 at 5:15 hrs he died.In this connection a case has been registered at Kota PS
