On 30/11/07 at 10:15 hrs near Santhur bus stop, Udupi taluk, the driver of a bus bearing registration No.KA 18 -9159 drove his bus in a rash and negligent manner and dashed to Tempo trax bearing registration No. KA - 19 7492. As a result the Tempo trax driver Sri.Vittal and other passenger’s by name Sri.Dinesh Amin and Nilaksha succumbed to the injuries on the spot and also other passenger’s of Tempo trax and bus are sustained some injuries.
