On the night of 09/11/07, some unknown culprits committed theft of 3 tires, 2 Exide company batteries and one generator from a lorry belonging to one Harish, which was parked in the temporary shed located at Kanchinadka. Total worth of Rs. 49,000/- property was stolen. Padubidri police registered a theft case in this regard and efforts are on to trace the property and the culprits.
