On 27/11/2007 at 11:00 hrs, near Halima Sabju Hall, Udyavara, NH 17, Udupi, a driver of an Tempo bearing Registration No. KA-19 A-6151 drove his Tempo in rash and negligent manner and suddenly applied the break, as a result the rider of the Motor cycle bearing registration No. KA 19 S 618 Hameed was coming behind of that vehicle lost control over the vehicle and hitted behind the Tempo. As a result he got serious injuries and admitted to KMC hospital for treatment and succumbed in the hospital. In this connection a case has been registered against the accused Tempo driver and investigation is on.
