On 22/11/07 at 12:15 hrs on N.H 17, in front of Padubidri Panchayath office, Nadsalu Village, Udupi the Motor cycle bearing registration No KA 19 W 5882 rider Vijay ridded his motor cycle in a rash and negligent manner towards Mulky and dashed one pedestrian by name Siraj. As a result Siraj got serious head injury and succumbed at the spot. In this regard a case has been registered against the motor cycle rider Vijay in Padubidri P.S.
