On 15/11/07 at 08:15 Hrs near Anudanitha higher primary school, Kukkanduru Village, Karkala taluk the accused driver of bus bearing registration No KA 20 AB 2760 drove his bus towards karkala in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against to M 80 bearing registration No KA 20 Q 8037. As a result the M 80 rider Sri.Devanna Nayak got serious injury and succumbed while shifting to hospital for treatment. In this regard a case has been registered against the accused bus driver in Karkala Town P.S.
