One killed in road traffic accident

On 29/10/07 at 14:30 Hrs on NH 17, Katapady Thekalthota, Yenagudde Village, Udupi, the driver of lorry bearing No KA 21 928 drove his lorry in a rash and negligent manner towards udupi and dashed against to motor cycle bearing No KA 20 K 1159. As a result the motor cycle rider Beerappa sustained grievous injury and he was succumbed while shifting to hospital. In this connection Kaup Police registered a case against the lorry driver.
